Sarah Nayebosadri is a Georgia native. She attended Roswell High School in Roswell, GA. After high school, she pursued a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology where she graduated summa cum laude. While at Georgia Tech, she was involved in numerous undergraduate research projects and was awarded the President’s Undergraduate Research Award for her research. She also received first place in the biomedical engineering senior design capstone project for a device designed to close the abdomen after trauma surgery. She enjoyed her time with engineering but ultimately decided to pursue a career in medicine. She attended Mercer University pursuing a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She received the Scholastic Achievement Award for having the highest GPA of her physician assistant class. Sarah is passionate about serving her patients and the community. She is a guest lecturer for Mercer’s physician assistant program. Sarah is a member of the American Urological Association and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys reading, puzzling, spending time with friends and family, and attending Atlanta sporting events.
Sarah sees patients in our Sandy Springs and Braselton office and has particular interest in overactive bladder, benign prostatic hyperplasia, interstitial cystitis, as well as numerous other general urology ailments. She also assists in a variety of open and robotic surgical cases with many of the physicians in our practice.
