The Magic Chair for Pelvic floor therapy is designed to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles through non-invasive stimulation. They are used in the treatment and management of various conditions related to pelvic floor dysfunction. No drugs are required and the most you will feel is a slight tingling during the treatment. With no recovery time needed you can leave immediately after each session and resume normal daily activity.
The Magic Chair treatment uses High Intensity Focused ElectroMagnetic Energy (HIFEM) to stimulate and strengthen all the pelvic floor muscles, not just the subset that can be exercised with voluntary contractions (Kegel exercises).

Six Sessions
There are six sessions, done twice a week for a total of three weeks.
What To Expect
The Magic Chair treatments lasts around 30 minutes. You will enter the treatment room and sit on the Magic Chair, fully clothed. Once the device is activated, the HIFEM energy will cause the muscles in the perianal area (between the legs) to contract involuntarily. You will experience a vibrating sensaion with no assicated pain or discomfort.
There is no recovery time. Once your treatment is complete, you can go about your everyday activities.

The Magic Chair treatment is $1,200 for 6 sessions. Sessions are done twice a week for three weeks. You may come back for a second round if your provider deems it necessary.
