Dr. Kushan Radadia

Biography

Dr. Kushan Radadia graduated Cum Laude with a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Boston University. He then earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 2014 and completed his residency in Urologic Surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2019. Upon graduation from residency, he was elected into a trauma and reconstructive urologic surgery fellowship at Washington University in Saint Louis/Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Dr. Radadia treats all aspects of general adult urology with expertise in urethral stricture disease with urethral reconstruction and buccal mucosa grafting, urinary incontinence (including artificial urinary sphincters and male urethral slings), Men’s health (including erectile dysfunction, penile implant surgery, Peyronie’s disease), complex stone disease, BPH, genitourinary fistula disease, and genitourinary trauma. He also has extensive experience using minimally invasive robotic surgery for genitourinary reconstruction and treating urologic cancers. He has participated in hundreds of robotic procedures using the DaVinci™ Xi and Si platforms. While in residency and fellowship, he has co-authored a number of peer-reviewed publications and presented his research at numerous regional and national conferences. His research included topics related to male urinary incontinence, genitourinary trauma, and urologic oncology.

Dr. Radadia is a strong patient advocate and believes that each patient is unique. With careful listening and individualized care, he believes that communication and tailored care is key in achieving the best outcomes and improving quality of life for his patients. Dr. Radadia is excited to serve the greater Atlanta community and provide innovative treatment in all aspects of urology. Outside of his practice, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, running, and exploring the restaurant scene of Atlanta.
