Payton Eason was born and raised in Georgia. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Neuroscience Emphasis and Biology Minor from the University of Georgia. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in research conducted by the Health and Development Lab that examined the association between stress exposure and antibody production following the influenza vaccination. After completing her bachelor's degree, she worked as a medical assistant at an urgent care.

In 2024 she graduated with honors from Augusta University's Physician Assistant Program where she served as the Clínica Latina PA Coordinator. During her urogynecology rotation, she loved forming long-term relationships with her patients and making profound improvements in their quality of life, which led her to pursue a career in urology.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, watching football, and spending time with her friends and family. Payton is very excited to continue her professional journey with the Advanced Urology team.
