He draws from his unique and exemplary military medical training to address his patients’ concerns and problems with individualized treatment. Dr. Farrell believes it is essential to educate his patients so they are informed and confident about their treatment plans based on medical evidence and personalized goals to achieve desired results.

Dr. Farrell is experienced in practicing a wide breadth of Urology to include care for Urologic cancers, kidney stones, enlarged prostate, male health (ED, low testosterone, infertility), vasectomies and vasectomy reversal, overactive bladder, difficulty urinating, and male and female incontinence. He is skilled in multiple advanced surgical techniques including Intuitive’s Da Vinci Xi and Si robotics platforms, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and microsurgery for vasectomy reversal, varicoceles and neuropathic testicular pain.

Dr. Farrell graduated in the top 10% of his medical school class at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was selected for and completed his 6-year residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Since residency he has built on his training with 5 years of experience at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, TX where he was Chief of Urology and Chair of their Robotics Steering Committee. He looks forward to meeting you and caring for the people of the greater Atlanta community.
