Caroline Szyperski was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. After graduating from the Lovett School, she followed in her father’s footsteps and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majored in Psychology with double minors in French and Biology. She graduated from UNC with highest distinction and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Following her undergraduate degree, she worked in dermatology in the Atlanta area for two years before obtaining her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. At graduation, she was inducted into the Pi Alpha and Alpha Eta honors societies and was given the Dean’s Award for outstanding academic performance. Caroline chose to pursue a career in urology because she prioritizes having long-term and meaningful relationships with patients. She also understands that urologic issues can have a significant impact on quality of life and wants to empower her patients to feel comfortable speaking about sensitive issues.
Outside of work, Caroline loves to spend time with her family, all of whom still reside in the Atlanta area. She is an avid cook, tennis player and UNC basketball fan. Caroline is thrilled to be joining Dr. Lomboy and the entire team at Advanced Urology.
